      Ranking System:

      - Recruit → PC → Senior PC → Specialist → Supervisory → Command Promotions: - Activity, professionalism, training, behaviour, teamwork.

      PC Roles • PC: Frontline patrols, incidents. • AFO: Armed response. • Traffic (RPU): Roads policing, pursuits, crashes. • Dog Unit: Searches, suspects, crowd control.

      
      

      State Codes

      0 – Emergency 1 – On Duty 2 – On Patrol 3 – At Station 4 – Break 5 – Enroute 6 – On Scene
      

      Traffic Stops: Spot → Run plates → Radio in. • Position vehicle safely. • Approach, ID, state reason. • Request details, run checks. • Warn, ticket, or arrest. • Prioritise safety.

      
      

      Scenes • Radio “State 6 On Scene.” • Assess suspects/victims/risks. • Secure area, request backup. • Calm, clear comms. • Resolve: arrests, aid, handover. • Always log/brief after.

      
      

      Police Vehicle: • Drive realistically, obey pursuit rules. • Lights/sirens only when needed. • Use state codes with dispatch. • Only approved vehicles. • Follow traffic laws unless emergency.  Rank Progression & How to Rank Up : You will start as a Constable and work your way up through dedication, professionalism, and activity.

      Promotions are based on performance, not just time served.

      How to rank up:

      - Be active on patrols and attend trainings.

      - Use correct radio/state codes.

      - Handle traffic stops & scenes professionally.

      - Show good teamwork & communication.

      - Avoid reckless driving, FailRP, or abuse of power. Demonstrate leadership when given responsibility.  PC Roles (Special Units) These are the operational frontline & specialist roles: PC (Police Constable): Standard patrol officer, first on scene, handles calls. RPU (Roads Policing Unit): Specialist traffic officers, pursuits, collisions, motorway patrol. AFO (Authorised Firearms Officer): Trained in firearms, deployed for armed incidents. Dog Handler (K9): Uses police dogs for searches, tracking, and suspect apprehension. Neighbourhood Policing: Local patrols, community engagement, low-level crime Thank you.
